That was the HOTEL & GAST 2012:

• A joint total of 286 exhibitors were on show at the expo double-pack 'HOTEL & GAST' Salzburg and 'Fleischerforum'.
• More than 8.500 visitors.

To be continued! The newly designed HOTEL & GAST Wien at Messe Wien in Vienna celebrated its debut on the 10th - 13th April 2011. In the spring of 2012 the show is to be staged on the 18th - 20th March 2012 at Salzburg Exhibition Centre.

The Austrian spring fair for hoteliers, restaurant owners, and large and small caterers, is much more than just a trade fair! There are fascinating themes and excellent side events with interesting speakers and presentations.

The reconceptualised spring edition of the 'Gast' trade fair is clearly distinguishable from the annual autumn 'Alles für den Gast' Salzburg in November due to its special content, particularly the symposium and i-forum.

The new reconceptualised show is scheduled to take place here every 2 years - 1 year in Salzburg and 1 in Vienna.

The Fleischerforum is the information and ordering platform for all meat processing trades in Austria and Bavaria and takes place alongside the HOTEL & GAST. The L-TEC has now been transformed into the Fleischerforum!
As well as serving industrial meat processers, this event is also designed to benefit smaller meat processing traders and the food processing industry.
In this way the Fleischerforum is able to unite target groups such as meat processers, butchers, direct sellers, caterers, the hotel trade, restaurant operators and the food and beverage trade.
