|THE Austrian trade fair for hotel, restaurant and cafe owners and large-scale caterers IN THE SPRING is taking place for the second time at the Messe Wien complex on Sunday 7th – Tuesday 9th April 2013.
The ‘Hotel & Gast Wien’ is acentral spring trade fair and has already attracted around 200 top businesses. These companies will be occupying around 30,000m² of expo floor space to showcase everything industry insiders need to know about the latest trends, products, programmes and services on offer.
Around 94,000 industry insiders from 13,500 bars, hotels, restaurant and catering operations from the Vienna region, Lower Austria and Burgenland can look forward to a comprehensive showcase for new products, trends and services in the foods sector (nutritional and luxury goods, organic products, dairy products, deep frozen food, convenience products, oils and fats, spices, beverages, regional dishes) and non-food sectors (occupational clothing, operational hygiene, franchise systems, beer gardens and conservatories, wholesale catering supplies, large-scale kitchen set-ups and equipment, interior fixtures and fittings, playground games and rides, porcelain and glass, sanitary fittings, spa, health and beauty).
